Rob Caiger and Jeff LynneDave "Dee" Harman (by phone) - once a policeman, now a part-time London magistrate, Dave was a member of the legendary Dee, Dozy Beaky, Micky & Tich. He talked with Carl about his music memories, raising money for the Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy charity, and his battle against prostate cancer.

Rob Caiger (pictured here with Jeff Lynne) - throughout the week, Carl's co-producer chatted about his forthcoming Midland Beat anthology project, scheduled for a 2003 release. The CD anthology collection will be devoted to the musical heroes of the Midlands from the 50's, 60's and 70's. This item was expanded upon during Thursday's show and referred to by Carl throughout the week.

Colin Larkin - has devoted his life to writing music encyclopedias, including "The Virgin Encyclopedia of 60s Music." An outstanding and detailed definitive reference book and thoroughly recommended - though Carl did spot a couple of "not-quite-true bits" on The Move's entry! A great interview, with Colin happy to pick up some exclusive Move-facts direct from Carl for the next edition.

Lindsey Davis - Birmingham-born author of the best selling Falco series, including her latest novel, The Jupiter Myth, published by Century on June 6 and well recommended. A lovely and entertaining interviewee who brought her books and key character, Marcus Didius Falco, to life during her conversation with Carl.
